Membership Levels:
Institutional Membership entitles member institutions to list TASA as part of their departmental profile and includes an individual membership for one designated “institutional representative” with voting rights on all matters that require approval by the membership schools.

Individual Membership is for individual faculty members.

Student Memberships must be currently enrolled in a college/university with a valid Student ID card.

All members have full access to the TASA website and the TASA online newsletter, Envision. Attendance at the annual conference does require current membership in the association (additional fees apply) except in the case of Institutional Representatives who are exempt from one conference fee and one individual membership). Refer to invoice below for types of membership and fees.

Annual Membership in TASA is from June 1-May31 **

Two Payment Options:

To pay by check, download the TASA 2017 Conference Registration form (PDF) (Auto-Fill Form) and mail with payment (check made out to TASA) and mail to the address listed at the bottom of the form. If your institutional membership check is “in the mail,” and you want to avoid the Institutional Representative Conference Late fee, be sure to EMAIL this form as an attachment after filling it out (see below) BEFORE or on SEPT. 14.

For credit cards, please use the Eventbrite button below. Besides clicking on the Eventbrite button below to pay, please also download the TASA 2017 Conference Registration Auto-Fill Form, and on your computer, open it in Acrobat Reader (free download from https://get.adobe.com/reader/), fill it out, save as (rename) and attach to an email back to Linda Fawcett at lfawcett@hsutx.edu.

This is especially important if you will be attending the conference as your school’s Institutional Representative and want to avoid the late fee that might result if your school has renewed its Institutional membership but did not let me know you were coming as your school’s Institutional Representative by the pre-registration deadline. Simply say: “Inst Rep” as your conference fee status with Institutional Membership as “PD”. And be sure to also say if you will be attending the Saturday night Banquet and if you need a veggie meal (helps with plate count).  Thanks!

Membership dues are tax deductible by law. The TASA membership year is June 1- May 31.

Note that per approval at the annual TASA Membership meeting held at the conference in Alpine, 10/7/16, the TASA membership year has been altered to be June 1-May 31, to better accommodate budget cycles.
