Enter your work in TASA's annual Spring student competition! ARTOVATION is a statewide Texas art competition open to all current students enrolled at 2-year colleges, 4-year colleges, and graduate programs.
Each entrant may submit up to 3 entries at $5 per entry. All media are welcome. Submissions must be in .jpg format (under 5MB) or as video links (YouTube or Vimeo). Entries must be original works completed in 2025-26. Student TASA membership is FREE—we encourage you to JOIN!
Submit your work via the form below no later than March 31, 2026, by midnight. The exhibition selected works gallery will be posted on April 15, 2026.
Awards Ceremony: A live Zoom event will be held on April 24, 2026, from 2:00-2:45 PM to announce winners. Our juror will give a short talk during the event. Zoom details will be posted here after April 15.

EXHIBITION SUBMISSION Guidelines
Eligibility
All student artists/designers age 18+ currently enrolled at a university, college, community college, or technical school in Texas are eligible to enter. Entrants must have an active university/school email address to submit.
Submission Details
Deadline: March 31, 2026
Entry Fee: $5 per entry (1-3 submissions allowed per student)
Originality: Entries must be original works of art completed in 2025-26
Format: Online submissions only
Media & Specifications
All media welcome, but submissions must be suitable for online presentation
Images: .jpg or .jpeg format, maximum 5MB per file, one image per entry
File naming convention: Lastname_Worktitle.jpg
Video: Submit as a YouTube or Vimeo link
Exhibition & Awards Selected works will be featured in the virtual exhibition gallery, posted on this page on April 15, 2026. Winners will be announced during a live Zoom event on April 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM and notified by email.
